GENERAL CONDITIONS
I. PUBLIC
This site is reserved for an adult and informed public. The majority depends on the country concerned. Refer to current legislation. It is prohibited to cheat on one's age to obtain a benefit under penalty of criminal sanctions.
II. ORDERS
Personalized or electronic orders are non-refundable and have no withdrawal period. Classic orders entitle you to a period of 14 days from the order.
THE SERVICES
The services are by nature personalized and therefore non-refundable. There is no withdrawal period for these personalized services according to ARTICLE L221-28 OF THE CONSUMER CODE.
If an order is reserved by you before the end of the withdrawal period, you agree to waive this right expressly and without reservation.
The service ends once the time has expired. It is essential to respect our respective limits during a service. If you do not respect my instructions, my limits or my warnings, I reserve the right to stop the service immediately without possibility of refund.
The services do not give right to a credit on the remaining time. It's up to you to correctly calculate your needs.
DEMATERIALIZED PRODUCTS
Dematerialized products are not refundable and do not give right to a withdrawal period according to ARTICLE L221-28 OF THE CONSUMER CODE.
III. CONTENT & PRACTICE
MY PRACTICES
Solo and straight duo only with one actor (my husband). I use the toys that are in my possession (dildos, monster dildos, glass dildos, nipple and labia clamps, clothespins, plugs, geisha ball, handcuffs, vibrators, ball gag, spreader gag, ties and restraints, belt ). I use lingerie or outfits that are in my possession upon request. If you want specific accessories I can purchase them and invoice you for them or you can send them to me directly with my agreement.
EXCLUSION
I do not use content that may resemble incest, pedophilia, child abuse, rape, racism, xenophobia or illegal content. I do not make content that leaves marks or scars or very hard (fisting, extreme dilation, urethra, scatophilia, urology etc...) If in doubt you can write to me via my email or after-sales service to discuss your request. Any order not corresponding to these limits will be canceled and refunded.
SPECIFICITIES
Anal toys are reserved for services with the anal option. Lingerie, outfits and specific services lasting more than 10 minutes or more depending on the complexity of the outfit. In other words, the preparation time cannot exceed the performance time.
IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entirety of my site as well as the visuals fully belong to me and cannot be distributed without my permission. Photos and videos sent even as part of a personalized order cannot be distributed and must remain in your sole possession. Videos and screenshots during performances are prohibited. The distribution of any media concerning me on the internet is prohibited, even free of charge. Recordings during performances are also prohibited without my permission. Any breach of this rule is punishable by a fine and/or prison sentence.
